Listen up boys, this is the deck you should buy into if you some rich *ss SOB that wants to make opponents scoop up their cards in frustration.
Basically, this a combo vintage deck. Use your stupidly broken cards to gain tempo, mana, hand size, and board advantage. The main win condition is Tinker and Blightsteel Colossus, which basically wins the game the next turn especially if you have tinker in your starting hand. If you don't, use of tutor to fetch tinker. If you get milled or countered, there Snapcaster Mage or Yawgmoth's Will to play it from your graveyard. There is also the Voltaic Key and Time Vault combo for infinite turns. Tezzeret the Seeker as wins the game considering the amount of 0 and 1 drop artifacts that can be turned in an army of 5/5's. Jace, the Mind Sculptor also will win you the game.
As far as card draw goes, you won't be running out of cards soon, actually, ever! There is a

, Ancestral Recall, Wheel of Fortune,
Notion Thief
, Balance in some cases, and Brainstorm for card draw. Yeah, I'm sure I've missed some because this deck has so much card draw.
There is no shortage as far as mana goes, we've got Black Lotus, Lotus Petal, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault,
Mana Drain
, Sol Ring, and
Tolarian Academy
. Even against land destruction decks, you will be sitting pretty.
Drew a sh*tty hand?? No problem! Just use one of 6 card fetches to go find your broken cards. Odds are you will win the game in a few turns anyway.
You also won't have any problem in sticky situations either! Just use your Counters to gain tempo and make your opponent hate themselves! Use cards such as Swords to Plowshares and Balance to come out on top even if you are losing.
Basically, any hand is a good hand as long as it has one black/blue dual land, mana artifact, tutor of some kind, and a counter. Always go for the Tinker and Blightsteel Colossus combo first, it wins after 2 more turns!
