I used to run Overgrown Battlement as the main mana base for this deck but found that while they can ramp to a higher total and faster than Rampant Growth and Cultivate but when I start to play them more completely I found they tend to be the target for burns or instant kills which would slow down my mana growth which isnt good in a mono green deck.

So I though I would swap them out for Rampant Growth, Cultivate and Viridian Emissary, this does a better job at boosting Traproot Kami and Dungrove Elder while also thinning out your deck for Lurking Predators.

Being a resent addition Mwonvuli Beast Tracker seems to work well with you being able to search for any creature your in need for such as Traproot Kami , Dungrove Elder, Acidic Slime, Primeval Titan, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger or Blightsteel Colossus

The main target for Rancor would be Dungrove Elder to give it an easy trample or maybe Traproot Kami to help thin out attack creatures.
