skullcandy1993 Thorncaster Sliver and Bow of Nylea are in, but I don't fancy paying 60 for a pair of Domri Rade that will rotate out of standard in 6 months.

Am having quite a lot of success with this online, it does well against combo or aggro decks generally, but suffers badly against control, which is fine as none of my friends IRL play much control.
Any more suggestions?

Gruul War Chant is an option, although I think the 4 mana can better be spent on two more 2/2 slivers. I will have a play around with it and see how I get on.
Mutavault is too expensive and too trendy, it does avoid the loss of tempo that lands that entered tapped cause, and the fact that it is a sliver will allow it to benefit from all the other slivery goodness. If it was ~$2 a card mutavault would be in I think, but I don't think its worth current market prices either online or in paper.

Added Syphon Sliver as its actually pretty easy to get out with the Manaweft Sliver and Shimmering Grotto are in play.

id either go to two on the sentinel slivers in vfavor for 1 magnetic and 1 thorncaster or a syphon +1 care to look at my sliver deck hell hive

playset of Sliver Hive , Mana Confluence and Diffusion Sliver are pretty necessary. and if you are running blue then why not run Galerider Sliver as well? for boosting you'd want Predatory Sliver and probably Bonescythe Sliver as well as striking for a one drop

Take out the bow for the new death touch sliver and put in sliver hive. Then you're good to go. Also the new sliver that makes it so you need to have slivers be blocked by two or more slivers. Good job though! +1

you should probably put some duals into your mana base, either shocks or temples, i would cut the Hive Stirrings completely, they aren't worth it in constructed play, Steelform Sliver isn't that great, maybe a sideboard card at most, you could try combining Thorncaster Sliver and Bow of Nylea for a pseudo board wipe every attack step, maybe throw in a Domri Rade or two for a little bit of draw power
