This Death and Taxes deck focuses on taxing your opponent that features some graveyard recursion with Serra Paragon. When you pair that with Ghost Quarter + Leonin Arbiter , you get to use a Ghost Quarter twice, and also gain life when you use it the second time. Having Serra Paragon is a good staple since more than 90% of our deck is less than 3 CMC and can be cast from our graveyard.

I'm debating taking out the 2 Esper Sentinel and putting in another Serra Paragon and Solitude since we already have 7 one drops seen with Aether Vial and Giver of Runes.

This death and taxes deck has already gone though many revisions. It originally started as a Black/White D&T deck, but I found that the only cards in black I would fully utilize would be vindicate, thoughtseize, and dark confidant. Overall this splash didn't make much sense price-wise, because when I cut it out; I could include more expensive white cards like Solitude.
