Wow man, thanks! Glad I could of service to you guys, if you don't mind posting her results should she take it an FNM or something, I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, Kor Spiritdancer is not legal in standard. That symbol is actually the symbol for planechase, not Origins. They look very similar though. Printings can be found here.

Okay I feel like an idiot now lol. Either way I have played test this deck on a few accounts now, (made it a few hours ago). Playing against no one, and to just see what it could do, I have noted by turn 5 your garinteed to have dealt over 20 damage in total from turn 1.

Its an impressive build, I must say it again, it really is. Ill let yea know what her scoring is in FNM in a week or two. I love red white, but to be honest, I have a major week spot for blue black control :P

Might need evasion so Angelic Gift maybe

But if your opponent plays two or more spells or if you play two or more spells, Call of the Full Moon is sacrificed.

@Kroto: The evasion enchantments seem more sideboard level to me. I leave the sideboards of most of my decks undone so that people who build the deck can customize them to their liking and meta. If I did make a sideboard, Angelic Gift would 100% be in it. I just don't see the room to give it a mainboard slot.

@shepherdofire: Yeah, I know. The turn three win is, as I said in the description, a best case scenario.

for where it says that you cast temur battle rage and then glaring aegis, wouldn't it be better to cast glaring aegis first, even though trample would probably be irrelevant with glaring aegis tapping their blocker, but if they have a second creature (or they cast 2+ spells the previous turn, causing call of the moon to be sacrificed), then you might as well

+1 man, awsum f'n deck

November 9, 2015 1:45 p.m.

Wabbbit says... #8

Thanks Peteg413!

@xadash: Assuming Call of the Full Moon is still enchanting swiftspear, he would gain trample anyway as she is a 4/4 with just that on her. Besides that, Call also grants trample on its own, so casting Temur Battle Rage for trample would be irrelevant.

It'll be fun watching you squirm to Crackling Doom and Ultimate Price. Or any removal spell really. You need protection grants to protect you from removal spells.

what about helm of the gods?

I think the biggest problem for a deck like this is that with Fiery Impulse and Wild Slash being in every meta deck it might be hard to stick a threat.

Since protection was announced to not be a thing anymore and all the cheap removal spells are flying around, enchantment strategies are extremely vulnerable.

@Femme_Fatale: What you say is true, but in my opinion the core strength of this list is getting lots of damage in quickly while the slow 4 and 5 color decks set up their mana bases. I don't want to compromise that strength and intended goal of the list by adding in slower cards that don't give me a huge leap towards winning the game. Is Crackling Doom a problem, along with other removal spells? Yes. I just don't see room for protection granting spells in the mainboard, but if you have any card by card suggestions, I would be happy to hear them. I think I will make a sideboard for this deck actually. Angelic Gift and Feat of Resistance are both going in. Also, not many decks run Ultimate Price anymore.

Again, as is evident, this is not a tier one list, and therefore it will have more weaknesses then top tier decks. If it didn't it would be tier one haha. I appreciate the thoughts for sure, and I am well aware of the doubts you both bring up. Sideboard incoming!

NO YOUR RAISING THE PRICE, lol, I think this deck is pretty top notch man, it's pretty damn close to tier 1, and instead of Valorous Stance, you could keep it cheaper by doing Celestial Flare or Stasis Snare for removal and I guess you could keep V-Stance for Indestructible

November 9, 2015 6:48 p.m.

Wabbbit says... #14

Haha sorry. Forgot V-Stance was two bucks. It's just so good for dealing with big threats as well as keeping your creatures around. Again, that's why the sideboard is really to be edited by whoever the user is.

It's not legal in standard + do you know what the word budget means? XD

@rorofat I JUST DID IT. I DIDN'T LET MY DREAMS BE DREAMS! Anyway, thanks for the upvote! Mind posting a link to your deck? I'd like to take a look.

What about Curse of Stalked Prey. It makes the creatures better everytime and it is fun to play

November 12, 2015 6:32 a.m.

PauSerra says... #20

i've found some cards that might be interesting:Kor Spiritdancer might be better than Graceblade Artisan because it gets +2/+2 and when you play an aura you draw a card.

I would put Daybreak Coronet rather than Sage's Reverie because it costs two mana and its hard to have 3 auras or more attached to one creature (plus lifelink, first strike, and vigilance) with kor you supply the draw.

@PauSerra: Neither of those cards are standard legal, so sadly I can't put them in. If this deck was modern they would be perfect!

Have you thought about Zada, Hedron Grinder? She could be a nice addition. Just a thought.

Mage-Ring Bully and Seeker of the Way could benefit from Arashin Foremost and for walls, War-Name Aspirant might be an answer.

But your deck looks solid as it is... Reason why i always have some Back to Nature in my sideboard haha.
