I really enjoyed Boros at the pre-release and it got me thinking about how well some of these cards, like Truefire Paladin and Firemane Avenger would work with cards I already owned.

Frontline Medic is there to shut down staples like Sphinx's Revelation , Bonfire of the Damned and Rakdos's Return , plus deal with upcoming bomb Aurelia's Fury . Boros Charm handles Supreme Verdict but sadly not Merciless Eviction .

Boros Reckoner is a pretty powerful piece all on his own - but the fact he can handle Thragtusk and its token via first strike is a major bonus.

The Sublime Archangel gets four slots because I like angels and she's both cheap to cast and powerful on her own - plus give her haste with Slayers' Stronghold and she becomes a very powerful support to a Frontline Medic - Silverblade Paladin led battalion ambush. Oh and I already owned four of her - and only 1 of Firemane Avenger thus far.

If I could only find a justification to run my Vexing Devil my joy would be complete. As it is, I'll settle for my Hellrider coming in from the sideboard.
