The deck looks like a lot of fun and it has a nice mana curve. I like the Orzhov Charm idea, sacrificing a couple Murder for them would be a nice way to get back your unblockables when you get a Shadow Slice or even save them both from being destroyed. It will keep you in control without having to lose any creature destruction from the deck. When you get some more Nighthawks definitely put them in. Exchanging something like a Tithe Drinker , Deathcult Rogue , and a Basilica Screecher for them.

Thanks a lot, Pain_Smith! I appreciate the feedback. I'll definitely put the charms and vampires in. Would you have any suggestions on counters of any sort, particularly if I were to splash blue? I'm worried that it's a bit too combo-dependent.

Other than counters what else were you thinking of putting in?I think it has a solid theme atm though, were you thinking blue cipher or something?

Blue Ciphers such as Call of the Nightwing and Hands of Binding . I'm unsure of my Riot Control , as it's pretty defensive, and I'm afraid that my winning combos are too easily countered, so I was thinking something like Dissipate . What do you think?

Since you will be attacking more then defending I think the riot controls are a good fit in the deck. buying you a lot of time to chip away at them. The Orzhov Charms should fix with them trying to stop your shadow sliced unblockable. With your extort and low cost poke, by the time you shadow slice you will only need to attack them 1-3 times with it.
I would say drop 2 murders and a shadow slice for 3 Orzhov charms, then drop a few creatures for Nighthawks and you will be built to destroy.
