run them over with the might of the gods. Surprisingly aggressive and lets you take down your opponents quickly. Every single creature is also an enchantment letting you get pumps with Ethereal Armor or Eidolon of Countless Battles. here is the breakdown.
Ethereal Armor: is a great utility enchantment spell. lets you get boosts from every non-land permanent you control. gives first strike and only costs one. do not sideboard out ever.
Baleful Eidolon
: great chump to block with, and helps you to plow through even the toughest walls, can be taken out against decks with few creatures.
Eidolon of Countless Battles: helps you get boosts and can also be the big threat you need. incredibly useful. don't take it out.
Gift of Immortality: helps you to survive after a rough Supreme Verdict or other board wipe. side in more against azorius control because they don't have a lot that can kill things twice in one turn
Hopeful Eidolon
: can help you to take things into a longer game if necessary but also helps to defend against quick burn strategies. useful for the early game.
Ordeal of Heliod
: very useful, gives counter, pumps Ethereal Armor and Eidolon of Countless Battles, gains life. What more could you ask for.
Spear of Heliod: pumps creatures, destroys enemy creatures, and is an enchantment. Nice
Spirit of the Labyrinth
: difficult to spell but not to use. shuts down
Sphinx's Revelation
quite nicely and is a 3/1 enchantment.
Spiteful Returned
: great to send in damage every turn. build on top of it or use it to build something else. either way it hurts your opponent.
Sunbond
: doesn't always work but helps with
Hopeful Eidolon
or
Ordeal of Heliod
. probably could be sided out though.
And next the sideboard(in progress)
Nyxborn Eidolon
good substitute for
Baleful Eidolon
against control as it is more aggressive in power and the bestow is a bigger boost if they have no creatures.
i would love some feedback to turn this deck into something other people might want to use. please comment.
