Maybeboard

I would not describe the concept of the deck, since it is really obvious (same as in case of other decks for this commander). However I would add some extra description to few cards which I have not seen in other Skullbriar decks but they are really great:

Necromantic Selection: It can erase the battlefield leaving only Skullbriar there, who can attack immediately.

Nevinyrral's Disk: Same as the above one. It erases the battlefield for 1 mana, so you will have planty of mana to cast Skullbriar who can attack anyone.

Chainer's Edict: Cheap spot removal card, which can be used in short games and longer ones (by casting from the Graveyard).

Fleshbag Marauder, Merciless Executioner: Good spot removals, especially for multiplayer games. They are really useful in the first turns if your opponents could cast cheap blockers.

Bear Umbra, Snake Umbra, Spider Umbra: I have not seen Umbras in other decks, however they are really useful. They are cheap, add extra power to your commander, provide extra life for him, and have great extra abilities like card drawing or untapping lands.

Vines of Vastwood: Surprising, cheap, +4 to your commander damage, I used it almost all of my games.

Sylvan Scrying: The deck has many non-basic lands, with which you can win the game. Shizo, Death's Storehouse, Rogue's Passage, Opal Palace.
