What way to make commander more fun than build an incredibly difficult to pilot double entendre deck?

Is it possible to win? Perhaps.Will you have fun losing? Definitely.

Plus if for some reason you win by giving your diplomatic escort an endless scream, or any other absurdly inappropriate sounding plays, i'd consider it a pretty big win regardless.

Ideally adding more playable cards that I have missed that are also suggestive would be what im looking for.

I'm sure it's awful but I tried to at least have the cards playable and not use cards that didn't have a suggestive name. The art may be suggestive but that's not hard to find.
