Considering getting back into Magic after a long hiatus. This list is based on what I was playing before I stopped, with a few updates (manabase was completely redone). Looking for feedback on the viability of a deck like this. Doesn't need to be tier 1, just a bit competitive. In particular, I was wondering if Drown in the Loch was still relevant. Open to suggestions for sideboard options. UR and RB look like hard matchups.
