Here's the recipe; 4x Walking Ballista and 4x Winding Constrictor, is amazing by itself, to this add a bunch of small useful artifacts, 3 pinches of Tezzeret's Touch and 2 Rishkar, Peema Renegade, mix up generously. Then add a couple of gods, a Verdurous Gearhulk 4 tablespoons of removal, a pinch of drawing, a cup of other useful creatures and add some way to get counters... Now add Tezerret,also, 4 chunks of the best blue proliferaring creature... Mix everything again together... You get the Sultai Counters perfect mixture!

Walking Ballista and Winding Constrictor are the key cards. Whenever you can,place counters from a different source on the ballista,with the snake in play, you get an extra one each time.

Verdurous Gearhulk, can end game quickly turn 4-5...

Also The ballista can damage anything at instant speed, so save it for the last second, so the more counters you have on it the more damage you can deal anywhere you want.

Animation Module and Key to the City are great tools when you don't get the key cards, also in late game you can pay an extra mana to do one or all these extra ability when you cast a creature. I've put a few copies of the Tireless Tracker that is also a good drawing machine and that can be pump quickly with the Winding Constrictor it's also a great artifact generator.

Renegade Map can easily replace a land and can also help to cast a boosted Fatal Push. It's also an extra late game artifacts that can help with Tezzeret the Schemer.
