This is a Sultai Ramp deck looking to get out Nissa/Brokkos early, but with a twist. Deck has two copies of Nethroi which is used to cheat out Agent of Treachery from Graveyard. Cards like Thirst for Meaning, Eat to Extinction, tomebound lich and Titans' Nest are used to get targets for nethroi into graveyard, whilst also helping to cycle through deck.

Gilded Goose, Tombebound Lich and Sea-Dasher Octopus are all good targets for mutate effects (from sea-dasher, nethroi and brokos), to add extra lines to our big bodies(flying, lifelink, deathtouch, draw cards). Additionally Nissa lands give us 3 +1/+1 counters on our big bodies.

Gilded Goose food can be used to get white mana if we want to cast nethroi early to deal with agro.

Lategame win condition is bringing back Brokkos + 2 agent of treachery or 3 agent of treachery in one fell swoop with nethroi mutate (whilst also getting a 5/5 that can potentially swing that turn) to cripple enemy.
