One of my favorite cards in the game was Prophet of Kruphix. Its a really fun card to use, but its overwhelming to play against oftentimes. Which is why we use it.

In Pennydreadful the card seems a lot more fair since there are so many tools our opponent's can use to win before we get a firm hold on the game with prophet.

Since prophet gives creatures flash I thought the best cards for this deck would include creatures that serve utility and purpose in common penny dreadful matchups. vampire nighthalk can be a flash deathtouch blocker, or it can sustain us against RDW. Especially nasty when they Lightning Strike our prophet and immediately regret it after we flash a nighthalk in. Liliana's Reaver hits the grindy or midrange decks pretty hard, and with all the countermagic combined with early filter from Looter il-Kor and Augur of Bolas often we stay a whole step ahead of control. Able to apply pressure at almost all stages of the game.

The sideboard is a little mixed honestly. I feel like it could use work. For one Gaze of Granite is the only way to deal with a resolved enchantment in the entire 75 list as of now. But I'm not sure if something like Caustic Caterpillar is worth using for that niche. Underworld Connections does well against decks that look to efficiently deal with our creatures, it also gives double value off Prophet of Kruphix. I love it when the sideboard options synergize with the mainboard options.

Just a pile of goodstuff so it feels really good to play this deck.
