The idea is to be a Blue/Black control deck with green splashed for some mana ramp into Empty the Pits or Villainous Wealth

I like the thought of being able to flash Dictate of Karametra eot on my opponent to set up a ridiculous Villanous Wealth and I wonder if my removal and disruption is enough for this to be out on the board without being punished by my opponent even if I don't have wealth in hand, i.e. they are in top deck mode and it's irrelevant they have access to double mana but it allows me to do fun stuff like strive Silence the Believers to wipe a board.

All thoughts appreciated.
