A primer list that makes use of some of the most powerful cards for the upcoming standard. Assassin's Trophy is one of, if not the best removal spells every printed and it is the first splash for the deck. The second splash is for one of the most powerful planeswalkers ever printed, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. Put these two in a Blue/Black control shell with other good spells and hopefully you can win some games. The biggest issue is the manabase because even though we have shock lands, it is still hard to splash a two drop green spell and a 5 drop white spell.
