An experimental update of my snow midrange deck using new cards from Kaldheim. Some cards I've considered but decided against are Priest of the Haunted Edge , Ascendant Spirit , Narfi, Betrayer King , Marit Lage's Slumber , and Abominable Treefolk .

I liked the idea of Priest combined with Kaldring, the Rimestaff , but it just feels kind of clunky. Ascendant Sprit just also feels rather clunky, requiring too much mana investment. It's just not where I personally want to take the deck. Narfi would be a one of, but I'm just not really sure if a Snow Lord Reassembling Skeleton is worth the 5 mana it would cost since I don't really have a way to get it into the yard. Marit Lage's Slumber and Abominable Treefolk were both cards that I ran before Arcum's Astrolabe was banned, but with it gone Slumber felt much less powerful, and with so many snow cards taken out of the deck, I also took out Treefolk. Now that I'm adding more back in, I'd like to experiment with Treefolk again since I quite like that card, but it competes with Draugr Necromancer for my 4 mana slot and I feel like Necromancer will prove to be the more powerful creature.
