Needs:

• More Hatebears
• Mystic Tutor (probably?)
• Cyclonic Rift
• Arcane Denial, Mana Drain, or some other counterspell
• A better combo with Palinchron and other cards for a tooth and nail win
• Creatures that tutor for creatures or enchantments
• Graveyard recursion somehow?

I'd like to have 36-37 land as I do want to be drawing lands, possibly could go to 35 by adding a kodama's reach.

That gives me 63-65 cards to work with. So I may want to cut some of the 2 drops depending on performance. Unsure if things like Branchwalker or Visionary are strong enough.
