So the deck is designed to completely BOMB the board every other turn using Languish, Crux of Fate, End Hostilities, and AEtherspouts (even Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon semi wipe the board).

And to stall until my nukes are ready: Glimpse the Sun God or Nyx-Fleece Ram

And although Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is a potential finisher, she can also be early game stall. Can either draw hate or grab creatures.

There's a good list of finishers though between Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver,and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.

Narset Transcendent doesn't do too much to win the game on her own, but she's an excellent supporting role here. I'll be drawing often off her and rebounding board wipes can be a fun set up to time walk almost.

All my opponents creatures should be destroyed or removed. The main threats to the deck will be control games and other planeswalkers.

My side board plan if they don't run creatures would be to remove the 15 board wipes.

The Collected Company decks might pose a problem, hence Hallowed Moonlight in side. Even so, 4 Glimpses and 4 aetherspouts can slow down a flash mob.

Test the deck. I play tested vs my abzan deck and found it to be close, but this deck won more than 50% of the time.
