This deck is copied from deck:Super Budget Mono-White blink fun time but with minor change. I've downsized the number of plains from 23 to 20. Plus I've put 3xNinth Bridge Patrol. I've also changed 1xCaptain of the Watch for 1xWispweaver Angel. Oh and I've put 4xGlaring Spotlight as side cards in case our ennemies play bogles strat or use hexproof creatures.

Here's what we want to achieve:

Turn1: Plains and if possible Thraben Inspector/Cathedral SanctifierTurn2: Plains and if possible Ninth Bridge PatrolTurn3: Plains and if possible Sagu Mauler face down or Akroma, Angel of Fury Long Road Home on one of our first creature we putted on the board so Bridge Patrol will have +1/+1 and we will have another +3 life or +1 token that will further give us a free card.Turn4: If we played Fiend Hunter+Cloudshift so we can exile forever a creature and exile another one till Fiend Hunter is out of the board. So we will have our way wide open for us to attack.

Or we play Cloudshift/Long Road Home on Sagu Mauler or Akroma, Angel of Fury to flip him up.Turn 5 and more we have Court Street Denizen that will give us the chance to go in combat phase easily and we have Stonehorn Dignitary that block the ennemy from going into their combat phase.

And as a final card we have Wispweaver Angel.
