This deck is designed to be a functional deck that you can use in 1v1 and multiplayer for under 10tix. The price down below is a lie and if you go to the cardhoarder site then you will see that the deck only cost about 8.4tix when you take out the basics and use price optimization. The deck seems to work fine although I need help to make the mana more consistent and some more ramp would be helpful.
