Esper meets Super Friends to form a control planeswalker deck. Went 2-1-1 at Card Kingdom's 72 player FNM 4-13-12.

Round 1: RG Ramp - win 2-0

Round 2: RG wolf run Draw on time 1-1

Round 3: delver lose 1-2 need better side board here. I even got game 1... (ideas are encouraged)

Round 4: Solo Flare 2-1 Souls were amazing with sorin

MVP - Sorin I was amazed at how well he did as an agro clock after a board wipe. The life link on the vampires is not trivial either.

This deck was influenced by LSV's video on a deck by Shaheen Soorani and mentioned in Pat Cox's article "Choosing your control deck in Standard"

Went 3-0-1 on April 20th at Card Kingdom, 5th place out of 72. That bring this decks record to 5-1-2 for me total in competitive play.

Deck updates were

+1 Curse of Death's Hold +1 Mana Leak +1 Think Twice +1 Gideon Jura -1 Wurmcoil Engine -1 Sword of Feast and Famine -1 Consecrated Sphinx -1 Timely Reinforcements

to the sideboard - More Delver hate

+2 Despise +1 Sword of Feast and Famine -1 Sever the Bloodline -1 Corrosive Gale -1 Nihil Spellbomb -1 Dissipate

Round 1 Delver Thought Scour & gix probe Shahar Shenhar build - I love the curses here, the sidebord now has more delver hate also. Ratchet bomb & dispise were great

Round 2 Zombies - Game 1 win game 2 mortapod and grave crawler killed me very slowly and we did not have time for game 3.

Round 3 Creature less life gain chalice of life. Long games but Soren and Gideon came through for a 2 - 0 swep. sidedout 11

Round 4 Delver Lingering Souls Tom Martell build. Curse was the MVP here. 2-0, My Linger souls were removed via surgical extraction but Gideon Jura was able to come through for the win.

I was very happy to go 2-0 against delver. I am learning to play certain decks better.
