Previous iterations were clunky and frequently relied on non-interaction of opponents to get going and turn iroas on. New version includes more token-generating creatures to take advantage of iroas' static abilities which are frequently more important than the 7/4 attacker.

The healthy number of instants generally reinforce the deck's ability to force annoying blocks and then punish the opponent. Starstorm is especially good since it works as a one-sided board wipe when cast during combat with Iroas on the board.

General gameplan is to drop early tokens then drop Iroas, Gratuitous Violence, Dictate of heliod, etc. to make the tokens into real threats and push damage through.

Since the deck is generally going to be turning sideways every turn, there's a handful of ways to punish folks for attacking you back, namely Comeuppance and Deflecting Palm, with a Sunforger for a bit of extra reliability. Combine with Gisela for extra hilarity. Generally though, the deck wants to be the aggressor, so defensive slots are limited. For this reason, board wipes are generally limited to those that will hit you much less, eg Fell the Mighty

In first playtests, getting some ramp going was especially important. Keeping hands with Enlightened Tutor/Land Tax or Knight of the White Orchid is always recommended. If this seems to be critical for deck to function, I'll add some creature tutors for Knight, ie Recruiter of the Guard.
