Okay so this is a The Gitrog Monster variation deck.
Effectively, you don't really do anything until turn 6.
On Turns 1-5 you simply draw a card, play a land, and pass the turn.
On turn 6 you do NOT play a land and instead play The Gitrog Monster, who is your commander. By only playing your commander you are ensured to have 8 cards in your hand and chances are that most of them will be lands. This means that during your ends step you have to discard down to 7. Thanks to The Gitrog Monster's effect, you will draw a new card when you discard a land. You keep doing this until you have drawn most of your deck. You only stop when you have the 7 non-land cards in your hand (or until you have 1 card left in your graveyard). At that point you should discard a creature that allows you to discard cards; such as Olivia's Dragoon, Trespasser il-Vec, or Lotleth Troll.
On turn 7 sacrifice The Gitrog Monster to his own effect, allowing you to keep all 6 of your lands in play. Next you play Necrotic Ooze which costs 4 mana. Since you have a discard effect in your graveyard you should be able to empty all of the creatures out of your hand. Your Necrotic Ooze will have flying thanks to Olivia's Dragoon, shadow thanks to Trespasser il-Vec and haste after you tap a black for Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon's ability. Next you just need to pump up your ooze. So you can use Devoted Druid and Quillspike to make your Necrotic Ooze infinitely powerful.
Now you have a really big Necrotic Ooze with both flying and shadow. Chances are you opponents are not going to be able to avoid it. You swing at the player who is giving everyone at the table the most trouble. If they have a kill spell in hand you can cast Sheltering Word to provide it with hexproof and give you a ton of life. (You also have access to a two manna regeneration).
Note this combo can easily be interrupted, and if you fail to kill someone then you have become the small useless frog in a very big pond. Make your combat step count. If by some miracle no one has killed your Necrotic Ooze then you can make it infinitely powerful on each subsequent turn as well and provide it with one form of evasion by discarding the cards you draw.
