Have a question for you, i am running a similar deck and have been having trouble with Boros Aggro Players, how does your deck fight back against these speedy face smashers? Also, i am not quite up to speed on why people are playing Bonfire of the Damned in this deck. Unless you top deck it (2 bonfires means a 50% chance on your 30th draw) you need 5 mana to hit for 2 and 7 to hit for 3. In my experience, Mizzium Mortars has better value. You can get 4 damage for 2 out early in the game and you can hit for 4 damage on six mana late game. Shed some light on these issues for me if you can. I hope to be entering my first competitive tournament in April. What i am running is posted on my profile.
Also, noticed the lack of graveyard hate in the sideboard and i must question the spotlight... how bad is hex-proof against this deck?

You may get beat on for a turn or two by aggro, but if you have ramp or an early Boros Reckoner you stabilize pretty quickly. Sideboard in removal (take out the Boros Charms).
As for Bonfire, it can turn around the game (or instant win) if you top deck it in the late game. Even early you can take out little aggro guys or mana dorks for three mana. Mizzium Mortars is a great cheap alternative, though. I might just replace Searing Spear in the sideboard for it.
Rest in Peace is the end all of graveyard hate. Pillar of Flame deals with Undying. Glaring Spotlight is specifically in there for a friend's Delver deck I play against a lot. It's second ability is also a good blowout making it worth it.

Good solid deck. I think you are a little weak to super aggro currently however. Boros Reckoner is a good card to fend off aggro early. I play one more bonfire in my deck. I think 4 Boris charm is worth it also. It's the best charm to some out in a long while and should be abused. 2 in sideboard is fine so if you play against a midrange deck or control you can abuse it more. Double strike with hellkite is almost 100% 10 damage.
