This is an attempt to combine my two favorite decks I've built into one mega-super-awesome deck.

Zameck Guildmage He's in here for boosting my elementals and others, as well as for the convenient draw power he provides.
Glaring Spotlight I can target your Sylvan Caryatid with Putrefy? Yes please. Oh and I can make my creatures hexproof and unblockable? Good game.
Corpsejack Menace He makes my board a threat, regardless of when he comes in.
Vraska the Unseen She is quite the beautiful death-queen. Her assassin friends are just about unbeatable with a Master Biomancer out.
Psychic Strike Counterspell for 3 CMC that makes em mill 2. Good trade in my book.
Putrefy kill'em and grill'em.
Experiment One] Who doesn't like a good ol' biology experiment? This bad boy used to be an average Joe but now can regenerate himself from the rulings of the gods (Supreme Verdict). An immortal among men.
Master Biomancer This guy will infect all of my other creatures with the serum of power. He likes to team up with other friends like himself and his good ol' pal Corpsejack Menace to help make his new friends stronger. He's quite the team player!
Prophet of Kruphix He is what they call a miracle worker. He likes to help bring new friends into his circle, and if his team is assembled (Corpsejack Menace + Master Biomancer), all of his new friends will have fun on any turn, yours or mine!
Master of Waves Nothing like a good ol' elemental army to send 'em packin'. Crazy good when you have a Master Biomancer out

Mistcutter Hydra
With so much blue running around it's nice to have a friend who knows how to handle it.
Gaze of Granite Wipe the board clean out... erm.. except my side. I'll regenerate.
Golgari Charm Lots of options here too! Wipe the board of white weenies, save my board from an enemy wipe, or simply eradicate an enemy enchantment, such as Detention Sphere
Simic Charm Lots of options here. Keep a creature out of burn radius, send an enemy creature on a nice vacation to the hand, or let all of my creatures and planeswalkers be safe from spells for a turn.
Kalonian Hydra Big bad mister hydra. Cut off one head, he grows a bunch more.
