Superfriends with Delver!

Delver of Secrets   is for early game, then transitions to Planeswalker play during midgame/lategame.

Planeswalkers:

• Ajani Goldmane provides you with stability. Since the deck has few creatures to defend with, his +1 provides some support by giving you two life. His ult by providing a creature thats tied to your life total is powerful aswell, by providing a huge beatstick.

• Elspeth, Sun's Champion provides you with an army by producing tokens, her -1 is a nice boardwipe too against big creatures. Her ult is exceptionally powerful by flying to the army that she brings. With the ult, you can also do a flying Gideon Jura too. She has a nice combo with Ajani Goldmane 's -1 ability as well

• Gideon Jura provides you with a big beefy beatstick and damage sponge. While Gideon, Ally for Zendikar is also a nice choice, Elspeth, Sun's Champion basically fills that role of providing an army. (Also due to the fact that hes a bit expensive atm, I'll wait till he gets out of standard). The fact that his -2 is removal is a plus too

• Narset Transcendent , provides you with card draw. Her -2 is also nice providing rebound to the deck's instants and sorceries, but its very tricky to use. When used properly you can cast Think Twice three times, with the flashback and rebound Her ult, is very crippling as well.

• Jace, Memory Adept provides you a milling machine, in which you can destroy your opponents with as another win con. His +1 card draw is nice too. I don't use his ult because most of the time I mill the crap out of the enemy.

• Jace, Architect of Thought provides you with winconditions using his ult. While his +1 is great for delaying mass attackers as well, he provides you with a finisher from your opponent's deck and possibly another tutor for another planeswalker in this deck. Most of the time I ult him to get Jace, Memory Adept or Elspeth, Sun's Champion as those two have the strongest board pressence. Though I haven't messed around with his -2 ability as much

• Tamiyo, the Moon Sage provides you with support, she keeps things on lockdown with her +1 and her -2 card draw is better than Narset Transcendent 's +1. Her -2 is also amazing in conjunction with Gideon Jura's +1, Her ult is pretty powerful as well with the infinite hand size. With her ult you can infinitely counter using Rewind, and the fact that you can let your planeswalkers die because they'll go back to your hand
