This is a unique cEDH deck that only requires Sisay, Weatherlight Captain and Jegantha, the Wellspring to go off. The entire line is accessible from the command zone.

1. Tap Jegantha, producing WUBRG.
2. Activate Sisay, who is a 4/4. Fetch Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and untap Jegantha with the ETB.
3. Tap Jegantha and activate Sisay to fetch Ral Zarek.
4. Activate Ral Zarek's +1 to untap Jegantha, then activate the Elk again.
5. Activate Sisay to search for Aminatou, the Fateshifter.
6. Activate Aminatou's -1 targeting Derevi, who untaps Jegantha when she enters the battlefield.
7. Tap Jegantha and activate Sisay, fetching Gideon, Martial Paragon onto the battlefield.
8. Activate Gideon's +2, untapping all creatures you control; they get +1/+1 until end of turn.
9. Tap Jegantha and activate Sisay, an 8/8; fetch Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset.
10. Activate Teferi's +1 to untap Jegantha; the other targets don't matter.
11. Tap Jegantha and activate Sisay, fetching Sarkhan Vol.
12. Activate Sarkhan's -2 to untap Jegantha, then tap Jegantha to activate Sisay, fetching Geyadrone Dihada.
13. Activate Geyadrone's -3, untapping Jegantha. Activate Sisay, finding Oath of Teferi.
14. Exile some insignificant permanent you control.
15. Activate Ral Zarek again, untapping Jegantha.
16. Activate Jegantha, finding Xenagos, the Reveler.
17. Activate Gideon again, then activate Jegantha and Sisay, finding Carth the Lion.
18. With loyalty costs reduced/increased, activate Aminatou's 0, bouncing Derevi.
19. Derevi triggers, untapping Jegantha on ETB.
20. Tap Jegantha and activate Sisay to find Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner.
21. Activate Kiora's 0, untapping Jegantha.
22. Fetch The Chain Veil with Sisay, tapping Jegantha.
23. With Sisay, Jegantha, Carth, and Derevi on the battlefield, activate Xenagos' +2, adding four mana.
24. Activate The Chain Veil.
25. Activate any other planeswalker abilities besides those of Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset and Xenagos, the Reveler.
26. Activate Teferi's +2, untapping The Chain Veil.
27. Repeat steps 23 through 26 to get infinite activations of all planeswalkers you control.

This might be the dumbest combo ever conceived in Magic: the Gathering history.
