My very first EDH deck was Hallar, the Firefletcher. The deck ended up feeling too clunky and I took it apart, but I've always had a soft spot for the Kicker mechanic and I've finally come back to it with Verazol.

This deck still seems a bit laborious when goldfishing, but it definitely feels like it has more of an impact when it gets going. I was always happy to be able to slot in one of my favorite pet picks, Primeval Bounty.
