I have to admit that Remand is probably one of my favourite blue cards, and it has amazing synergy with both Isochron Scepter and Curse of Exhaustion or Rule of Law, but in reality I just don't have the money to purchase a set right now, just as I can't really afford to get Sphinx's Revelation or Snapcaster Mage right now either. So I have moved it to the Maybeboard for now, along with curse (which has been replaced with Frozen Aether).

Right now 2 Deprive and a single Muddle the Mixture have replaced Remand. Deprive combos quite well with Halimar Depths.

I have also added a single Amulet of Vigor for now, to help limit my tapped lands. It may be worth it to add 4 of these, as having 4 vigors in play lets you use an ETB tapped land four times for mana. This could be extremely useful with cards like Foresee, Supreme Verdict, etc.
