Ya'll remember playing Pokémon Snap? That game where you could throw apples along an imaginary path on the beach to lure Pikachu to a particular sand dune that had a surf board on it and then Pikachu would get on and you had to scramble to turn the camera just in time to try and catch the legendary surfin' Pikachu on film? Well, this deck is like that, but the tide's come in and Narset wants her turn on the board. This is classic High Tide, made by people much smarter than I, but where they went right, I instead threw in a couple copies of Narset, Parter of Veils to squeeze even more value out of Time Spiral. We also cut Candelabra of Tawnos because he never even surfed anywhere...and then there's that whole price range issue... He's also some 3,000 years long dead and Pikachu gets a feature film? Side note: we have to make a deck with the investigate mechanic in honor of Ryme City's finest.

The sideboard plan is pretty standard in protecting our combo.

I even included a singleton Snap to keep in line with our earlier video game reference!
