The splash of green is unneeded in my opinion. AS most of the deck is focused on the devotion mechanic, you'd probably do better to move to mono-blue or move away from devotion to simic.

My deck is also built around a few of the same staple cards as yours, so I figured I'd share it, so you might get some ideas or share some if you think of any. Blue Devotion

Honestly not a fan of Jace, Architect of Thought in this deck, not sure why you removed prophet for them. I'd remove him for an extra Master Biomancer (since he will be a main source making your Elementals strong). Also put in another Bident of Thassa ; This will increase your chance of getting it and it's card draw abilities should not be underestimated, especially when playing Cloudfin Raptor and Vaporkin .

Artisan of Forms instead of Vaporkin since it could clone the Master of Waves ?

Orrick Artisan of forms needs Auras and sorcery-s to activate its effect. While normally I'd also suggest it, in this deck there just isn't much to activate its ability. Also, you'd only get the +1/+1 from it and not the Elementals since it's on entering the battlefield that effect activates. Progenitor Mimic is simply better.

It'll be quite a while before I can afford to pay the deck myself. I'll try to get results as soon as I can.
