I recently got a Sarkhan Unbroken, and I'm determined to make a Dragon Tribal deck. Unfortunately, I am about 20 cards over the limit, and I think Blue is underrepresented in the deck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to keep the Dragons the emphasis of the deck. I want as many ways as possible to cheat them out - with Quicksilver Amulet and Belbe's Portal, etc. Giving them haste and trample is also a top priority, as well as maintaining a full hand - with Elemental Bond, Kavu Lair, and Triumph of Ferocity, etc.
