Surrak Dragonclaw might seem like a strange choice for a werewolf tribal commander, but he works if you think about it. Blue gives options and card draw to the normal R/G werewolves, also, surrak can help the wolves hit the table and help the bigger werewolves without trample hit harder. Also, surrak is less of a threat than commanders like Animar, Soul of Elements, Maelstrom Wanderer and Riku of Two Reflections.
