This is an EDH deck that is led by Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca. While seeming to be a generic merfolk tribal deck, it true goal is to combo off using end-positive cycles with Sigil Tracer/Dramatic Reversal, Intruder Alarm/Surgespanner, or Merrow Reejery/Gilded Lotus which lead to generating infinite mana, spells, and merfolk tapping.

This will kill an opponent by milling or exiling their library with Drowner of Secrets or Grimoire Thief. Alternate routes of winning include making merfolk infinitely large with Kumena's third ability or destroying every one of your opponents' permanents and removing the leftover tokens with Beast Within and Cyclonic Rift.

To accomplish this goal, the deck employs cheap merfolk that have useful effects, such as drawing cards and ramping. After this, it uses more effective ways to draw large quantities of cards, leading to the resources needed to combo off.
