This deck is all about board control, countering everything either using the countertop combo, Counterbalance & Sensei's Divining Top, Or just using a bucket load of counter spells.

The deck keeps your hand full of options using things like Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Portent Swans of Bryn Argoll and Brainstorm.

The deck will ideal win by stomping your opponent into the dirt using Tarmogoyf and his friends, failing that you should be able ideally to keep a Jace alive long enough to use his ultimate ability and win that way.
