The deck tries to utilise and abuse Swans of Bryn Argoll 's effect, whilst stopping your opponent from doing the same. Cards like Underworld Dreams adhere to that, and, if their burn that becomes draw is going too out of hand, I simply Agony Warp the birds so they can't help my opponent too much. Cards like Slagstorm and Lightning Bolt can act as Ancestral Recall s with a board-wipe, or can hit your opponent so Pain Magnification can get rid of some of their cards. Specter is there for the same reason, although he's also just really cool. Toil//Trouble can punish anyone who abuses the swans brutally. If they have 7 cards, that's 11 burn, and 2 more with underworld dreams, and 13 more with a chandra -2. FInally, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Swans of Bryn Argoll + a card draw = infinite cards.
