I'm still testing the Copter, I haven't had enough of them in play yet to make the call on whether it should stay or go. If I do decide to cut it, I might throw in one copy each of Stockpile and Push. I don't really know where else I could make space for Push.

The reason for the additions is that I personally almost always run into trouble getting exactly what I need. I feel constantly stuck drawing lands when I desperately need some token producers to stay in the game.

comments? I think Spear of Heliod is interesting, although the 3 cmc.

Geeno - I'm with you, I'm trying to figure out where Fatal Push fits in. That card can do so much against so many creatures.

Hidden Stockpile is interesting, might be worth testing. Smuggler's Copter I've always been against since it turns on enemy removal that's otherwise dead, but now I see Craig Wescoe championing a slightly weird build with a playset of them, so maybe it's time I rethought that position?

As for Sram's Expertise, I feel like it's tough to justify over Gideon, Ally of Zendikar or Sorin, Solemn Visitor (ironically the former is the card's main problem in standard, also). Our planeswalkers are just so powerful, and we can only play so much 4cmc. I will say I like the idea slightly better in G/W tokens, as they have dorks to help with the cmc, and more really potent 3cmc spells to cheat in off it. They're also a more goldfishy deck than us, and Expertise is all about trading power and long game value for speed.

As for Fatal Push, I'd say it replaces all mb removal after Path to Exile for anyone with a playset of Marsh Flats and 8+ fetches total; I'd probably want 3 copies personally. For people without Marsh Flats, I'm not sure, would need to be tested, but the lack of the option to fetch for a Swamp and cast it for 1 life instead of 3 is a big deal in a lot of matchups.

Also keep in mind, Hidden Stockpile only replaces the lost creature/permanent if it left the battlefield during your turn, it does nothing if it died during the opponent's turn, such as to a board wipe. Revolt works slightly differently on different cards, so I wanted to make sure that was very clear, in case I'm not the only one who was confused at first.

I am interested in making a G/W/B token deck...I think that is a thing?I have some of the bones for it like Second Harvest, Westville Abby, Trostani, Selesnia's Voice and Call of The Conclave.I'm looking into the function called populate as well as more token makers.Any help is very much appreciated!

I've been thinking about Start / Finish as a possible two-of in here. It's kind of a mediocre token maker, but it is instant speed, and having built in removal to use later seems like it could be pretty useful. Has anyone else tried it out?

Also, I didn't personally see anything else in Amonkhet that caught my eye, but I'm curious if anyone else is trying out any other new tech.

A G/W/B (Abzan) token deck is certainly a thing. However, in a format such as Modern, cards like Second Harvest are a little too risky because it is fairly expensive in terms of mana and a bit high variable as it really depends your current board state. Same goes for Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, for while she is powerful, her strict mana cost makes her harder to play on curve. Sure, you could play a bunch of mana creatures, but then you take away from the token plan. And if you focus on the token plan, then you are stuck with these high mana costed spells that are at the mercy of your land drops.

Heyah! Just wanted to ask if this deck is up to date with the current metagame, since I was thinking of saving up for Modern BW Tokens. It was the first archetype I ever played in Modern too, and I really enjoyed it. Thanks!
