the combo of thsoe two for extended games makes things suddenly become scary. turn five conqeros gets u 6 soldiers, turn 6 nomads gets you 12, turn 7 has you at 24

I know, I used to use it. The way the deck is now though, it's fast enough that I kill my opponents by turn 6, so I wouldn't get a chance to really use them anyway.

Yeah, although lately for some reason I've gotten some pretty bad hands while playtesting...Takes me like 6 or 7 turns to win. Normally it's 5-6 turns though. I usually like to take quite a few hits rather than block with my tokens so I can kill the opponent in one massive swarm of tokens. Hence the name of the deck, Swarm and Conquer.

You could try Rustic Clachan as a way to pump up creatures fast early on.

Rustic Clachan comes into play tapped though, and that would slow me down an entire turn.

Sadly, Cloudgoat Ranger is just too high of a mana cost for me. If I did have a 5 mana card it would be card:Conqueror's Pledge. I love that card. It just costs too much mana wise for me to effectively rely on it in a duel, seeing as I want this deck to go as fast as possible.

Well i've finally caved in. To everyone that recommended Elspeth Tirel to me, I have decided that I do want it in my deck. Any thoughts as to what I should replace for it?

You should remove the two Glorious Anthem s. You already have enough pump ups with the Intangible Virtue s and the Honor of the Pure s. Plus it has a higher CMC.

What should I remove the Glorious Anthem s for though? And even though it isn't as good as Honor of the Pure and Intangible Virtue , I still need to draw cards like that to power them up.

Well I got rid of my Odric, Master Tactician s for one Ajani Goldmane and one Elspeth Tirel . Would you suggest I get rid of my anthems for one more of each planeswalkers? And my brother's deck got 7 upvotes in one day...Jeez...Random, I know.

Like you said you could take your Anthem's out for one more of each planeswalker. Or like I said you take out one Ajani for another Elspeth or vice versa. So if you did that you could keep the Anthem's, and if I were to do that I would prefer to have another Elspeth myself. But those are really your only options as far as I can tell.
