This deck is sweet, sweet, semi-consistent Jank.
Swarm Intelligence works to copy the whole deck into value town, while using sweepers and ramp to help not die before you can slam this extremely powerful 7 drop enchantment that everyone forgot existed.
We're running Green, Blue, and Red, like Temur Energy, but with fun cards instead of lame good cards.
THE JANK
Swarm Intelligence is a beautiful thing. Once it's down, our opponent has little time before they fall behind to the beauty of double spells. When there's two or more, things get ridiculous. Multiple casts of Wildest Dreams, Pull from Tomorrow, and Supreme Will fill the hand; Hour of Promise gums the board and dumps our lands on the battlefield (often all of them); and Insult/Injury with Lightning Strike will immediately end the game.
Sunbird's Invocation starts throwing out all kinds of good stuff from our deck, and the spells it casts can be copied with Swarm Intelligence. It works especially well with X cost spells, and can even throw out a Swarm Intelligence on top of a Swarm Intelligence. It's very good at finding cards to answer our opponent's board, such as Hour of Devastation.
Winning The Gam
Swarm Intelligence and Insult make quite the combo. Doubling damage is good. Double doubling damage is better. The dream is doubledoubledoubledoubledoubling damage for a sweet x32 damage, for a lightning strike to hit 96 (and be copied 4 more times to come out to 480 damage, but the game would likely immediately end after the first strike).
Other than Insult copying shenanigans, other win conditions include swarming your opponent with zombies from Hour of Promise or ticking your opponent down by sacrificing numerous deserts with Ramunap Ruins, both of which happen more quickly with Insult involved.
