This is a simple Extort deck. I built it with three main aspects in mind:

1. Extortion: With low-cost cards like Tithe Drinker or Basilica Screecher you can extort. Hopefully you will have enough lifegain to survive some attacking creatures in the early game. Crypt Ghast makes sure you have enough mana, Sanguine Bond doubles every extortion effect.

2. Blocking: Silence is very good around T3/4. With Pacifism or Oblivion Ring you get a lot of time and safety.

3. Damage: Blood Baron of Vizkopa is the key creature. If you could extort your opponent enough, it's a flying 10/10 for only 5 mana.
