i think you need Gather the Townsfolk and maybe a 1 or 2 of Riders of Gavony

Captains Call would be an idea as well. Riders of Gavony definitely needs to be there. Wojek Halberdiers are pretty damn useful too

I don't feel the Lightning Mauler's are necessary at all. About the only thing they are good for in this setup is giving the Parish's +1/+1, that's it. Their Haste won't be utilized to any worthwhile effect. I would recommend replacing them with Wojek Halberdiers.

Also, I feel 4 Thalia's is a bit excessive. You could remove the Maulers and Thalia's and place more damage or control in their place, without losing any of the integrity of the deck.

i always run 2 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben because you pretty much always end up with 1 in hand you cant play, and then it effects you non creature spells too

also if your running red, you need atleast a 1 of Thundermaw Hellkite for the secret tech

Thank you all for the quick comments! I want this deck to be as fast as possible--I can generally achieve a T4 or T5 win in it's current far-from-perfect stage.

There are only 4 Thalia because I haven't decided on any other strong 2-drops; I will probably decide on 2 Thalia and 3/4 Wojek Halberdiers . Ash Zealot is too risky in a white-dominant Boros deck for my personal tastes.

Lightning Mauler haste plays an important part for a strong T3 play. At the least, I gain the Frontline Medic safety, at best I gain a hasted Silverblade Paladin to swing in. If I'm holding a Spark Trooper , I can reserve the Paladin's double strike for it and have a crippling T4 move; all depending on my hand.

I've thought about Thundermaw Hellkite as a result to almost completely secure a win if a control deck starts to build up defenses to stop my attacks even through Spark Trooper 's trample. It's very pricey however, so at the very least it will have to wait a bit!

Looks pretty good, How about Blind Obedience to make blockers enter tapped and give a little extra reach?

My suggestions are -2 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben +2 Brimstone Volley . This gives you more reach as opposed to midrange build's creatures, and the five damage can be a game ender. Boros Charm and Thalia are definitely not friends.

-3 Wojek Halberdiers +3 Ash Zealot . You might have to tweak your base a bit, but Ash is hard to beat early on, and Wojek doesn't do anything by itself if your opening hand doesn't have the right curve in it.

-1 Silverblade Paladin +1 Boros Reckoner . That Minotaur is a powerhouse, and is your best three drop. Your opponent will be much more wary to burn him as opposed to Silverblade. He makes Searing Spear the worst card for them to hold.

Also might want to consider Vexing Devil in a one drop's place. Boros Elite doesn't do anything until turn three, and your Champion looks like it might have problems getting big sometimes, as the deck is not pure human.

Hope this helped.

I would replace searing spear with a Lightning Bolt , but beyond that I don't know aggro well enough to say much more.

Can't replace Searing Spear with a Lightning Bolt , because this is a Standard-format deck.

Looks incredibly solid. Scared there might be more like this in my meta, hope my R/U/G deck could keep up lol.

I would look at bringing in Infernal Plunge for your Brimstone Volley. Spark Trooper becomes a sacrificial lamb to Infernal Plunge and then, after hitting for 6, you can hit for an additional 5. If you were to do this, I would put Frontline Medic into your sideboard, add 2 Brimstone Volley and take out the Silverblade Paladin for the Infernal Plunge . I would also find out how you can get an additional Spark Trooper in there.

I definitely want to keep Silverblade Paladin because of its synergy with Spark Trooper . A trample, lifelink attack for 6 is just as good, especially based on top of the other 6. If somebody has a strong enough early game to stop a 12 point trample attack on/around turn 4, I have bigger problems than not having used a Brimstone Volley instead.

I'm not very sold on the Frontline Medic either, may either SB or drop it to make some of the already included cards a full playset. Haven't decided yet. I also need to address having no artifact removal. Oblivion Ring SB might be in order..
