Brandamn, thanks for checkin out the mana base. That swamp is in there for me to fetch with Polluted Delta in case all I need is black to flashback Lingering Souls. That being said, as I improve the deck, it'll probably be dropped. I'm liking the land count at 20 right now. I haven't had any problems so far. Although I did just make some card changes which might merit an extra land. I'll keep it in mind.

As far as card draw is concerned I playtested this deck originally with Chart a Course for some draw, but found it only slowed the deck down.

Thats fair. If it aint broke dont fix it but for the record if you fetch earlier on around turn 3 you could just grab you watery grave and be fine Id rather have a land that taps for another blue source than something that might as well be colorless unless you have the souls

Brandamn, made some changes. Haven't played this version yet. Biggest changes is the addition of Oona's Prowler and Gurmag Swiftwing. Sideboarded the Spell Quellers to make room for Oona's Prowler figuring the prowler, while more fragile either puts more pressure on or still works to create card disadvantage. Any thoughts? You think the mana base looks ok? Tweaked that a lot.
