this is a standard mill deck that i thought up early one morning trying to go to sleep.

it basically works by using Index and Thought Scour to set up the miracle cards like Reforge the Soul and Devastation Tide . also using Snapcaster Mage to recur Increasing Vengeance for one less mana, as well as Noxious Revival to take advantage even more of the miracle cards. Reforge the Soul is a great mill card in my opinion because the thing about it is that your opponent doesn't even feel like it's being used against him. in a mill deck though...7 cards and replenishing your hand with more mill is a big deal.

the side board is what i'm most proud of though. i was thinking about good ways to counter what people are playing in my local meta...and then it hit me...don't change the deck to try and counter the opponents deck...just change the deck. LoL

so if i side board...i go 15 in and 15 out every time.

the sideboard is better suited to handle aggro decks...and instead of milling your opponent...you mill yourself and use the Alchemist's Refuge to EoT the Laboratory Maniac. however...you must play your Noxious Revivals and Snapcaster Mages wisely when playing this version of the deck. you can even EoT the Laboratory Maniac and Thought Scour yourself sequentially to win EoT.
