It would but I already have Kor Duelist for that. This is really just a deck idea. Don't have the money for all these cards

Right. Very true. Don't think Silverblade Paladin is necessary then :P

Just thought of this: Sun Titan can bring back anything in the deck, it may be worth it to run 1-2 of them

Since you have Leonin Shikari , you can replace Stoic Rebuttal with Lightning Greaves or maybe even Whispersilk Cloak . That allows you to go mono-white.

Also I think Body & Mind and War & Peace are not as strong as the other 3 swords. But maybe you want the symmetry. Stonehewer Giant is another card to consider.

Oh Wow. I didn't realize that I had already taken out pretty much all of the blue spells. In comes the giants!

Also, if you think about it, body and mind can mill your opponents to death. If I have double strike then it's 20 cards into their graveyard. War and peace. With Puresteel Paladin , I will almost always have cards in my hand. Fire and ice helps with that as well. It can also deal damage to opponents which is nice.

Stonehewer Giant is great! Like the changes. I also agree, all of the swords have their own perks

Any suggestions for lands? I'm thinking Windbrisk Heights . Thoughts?

January 11, 2013 8:24 p.m.

I was actually thinking that, but you don't have anything that big to drop, I mean Sun Titan could be nice, but that's about it... Stonehewer Giant would be ok... but I'm not convinced that it's worth it

As for Cowardice , Erase should do it.

January 13, 2013 6:28 p.m.

Erase will do it definitely :P Well... except if they have Cancel or something... :P

Don't know. Are there cards that say when this creature attacks, destroy target enchantment?

January 13, 2013 6:36 p.m.

There's Qasali Pridemage , Dawning Purist , and Soltari Visionary . I like the latter the best.

Probably. Thanks!

I have seen a lot of legacy decks with Stoneforge Mystic only run 1 copy of the swords, and I would only keep 1 or 2 in your main deck and just side board the others depending on what colors the deck you're going against is. I would also recommend Batterskull which is a great equipment.

Why caverns of souls?, you dont need many of any other color.

Not really a reason but its there to give either kor, soldier, or giant counterspell immunity. And, why not?

since you're running mono white, Brave the Elements is an excellent addition to keep yourself safe.
