Sydri, Artificer Extrodinaire

Commander / EDH

Chaere

Some degenerate shenanigans. Could arguably do better with a better Esper Commander (looking at you Zur the Enchanter).

Mirrorworks + Panharmonicon and Duplicant or Myr Battlesphere or Noxious Gearhulk or Sharuum the Hegemon or Solemn Simulacrum or Spine of Ish Sah. Just good artifact ETB effects. Four times for the cost of one + ! Add in Phyrexian Metamorph to storm out of control.

Mindslaver + Rings of Brighthearth is especially good in multiplayer. Add Mirrorworks here too to just take over the whole table.

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + is . Can be combined with Karn, Silver Golem + Mycosynth Lattice to blow up all lands or Staff of Nin + Voltaic Key to ping everyone to death. Or, if you're in a situation where you need to just destroy your opponents, use all that mana to pay on Debt to the Deathless.

Foundry Inspector + Phyrexian Metamorph or Evil Twin to drive down the CMC of all your artifacts.

Alright, so those are some of the shenanigans going on, but lets take a look specifically the Doomsday combos, shall we?

Now, first of all there are decks out there that can turn one combo out with Doomsday (again, looking at you Zur the Enchanter). This deck may be able to, but I don't see it just yet. That being said, I will post here some combos that will lead to a win.

Combo 1:

Jace's Archivist + Laboratory Maniac on the field (no summoning sickness).

This combo is highly situational, but good for "out of nowhere" wins. With these two on the field, just play Doomsday and use Archivist's effect. Hopefully someone will have more than 5 cards in hand, giving you the win. For a more stable version of this, just replace Jace's Archivist with Memory Jar.

Combo 2:

Ad Nauseam + Laboratory Maniac

Play Doomsday, pick nothing but lands. Draw out with Ad Nauseam.

Combo 3:

Gitaxian Probe + Laboratory Maniac + Necropotence and at least 16 life

Have Lab Man and Necro out on the field (or not if you have the mana to dump everything at once), play Doomsday. Pay 5 life to exile out the rest of your library, pay 2 life or for Gitaxian Probe.

Living the Dream

So, I think the earliest this deck can win is during the first main phase of turn two. Here's how:

You draw the following:

Sol Ring

Mana Vault

Gilded Lotus

Lotus Petal

Island

Doomsday

literally anything else

Play the Island and Lotus Petal, tapping the Island for Sol Ring. Tap Sol Ring and play Mana Vault, which leaves you with floating. Tap Mana Vault and sacrifice Lotus Petal, giving you enough mana to cast Gilded Lotus. Tap the Lotus for black to cast Doomsday, and pick the following cards in order from top to bottom:

Predict

Laboratory Maniac

Gitaxian Probe

Unearth

Street Wraith

Pass the turn.

Next turn, you will draw into Predict. Tap your Island and Sol Ring to play it, naming Laboratory Maniac. You will draw Gitaxian Probe and Unearth, so tap your Gilded Lotus for black and cast Unearth. Pay two life for Gitaxian Probe, which draws you Street Wraith. Cycle it to draw out and win the game.

Another way

Draw the following:

Lotus Petal

Island

Swamp

Dark Ritual

Doomsday

Play Swamp > Dark Ritual > Doomsday, picking the same pile as before. Pass the turn. Next turn, draw, lay down Island and Lotus Petal and then proceed to play out the pile.
