The commander is Sydri, Galvanic Genius. The idea is to get as much force against your opponent as possible, or get at least one of two combos.

Combo #1-Thopter/Sword, get Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek, sacrifice Sword of the Meek to Thopter Foundry pumping out 1/1 Thopters and gaining you life, when a Thopter enters the battlefield Sword of the Meek will come in and attach to that Thopter, repeat this until satisfied. If you want a twist, add in Time Sieve and sacrifice 5 Thopters and take infinite turns.

Combo #2Infinite colorless mana:

Have Basalt Monolith and Training Grounds out on the field. You can tap Basalt Monolith for 3 colorless mana, and because of the effect of Training Grounds, you can untap Basalt Monolith for only 1 colorless instead of 3. This combo can help your Thopter/Sword combo by ramping mana.
