If youd like to destroy 3 non creature permanents it would require U+B+W(Animate Staff of Nin and giving it lifelink Deathtouch)+U (Animate a permanent)+2 (Untap Staff of Nin)+U (animate a permanent) +2+U. For a total of 4U+1B+1W+4Cl (10 mana)
