The Deck use to run Ponders and Mana Leaks instead of Downsize, Doorkeepers and Syncopates, I like Syncopates better then the Mana Leaks, however the missing Ponders does hurt the deck.

For a Mill Deck the Jace's Phantasm's give it a pretty decent kill feature, the rest of the deck is just about out lasting their assualt until you can do that. Which luckily isn't usually that long.

The green mana is really only for the Alchemist's Refuge and that is only so you can play dirty and return all of their none land cards to their hand after they have tapped out their mana. it's a mean but a effective trick if you can get it off. Otherwise the mana constraints of this deck aren't an issue for the colorless lands.

Some land grab would be nice to speed things up however but what are you going to do?
