My first Rafiq build was too one-dimensional for my liking, and I tired of either winning turns 3-5 or losing when unable to find answers.

So am now developing a more versatile, responsive build. Hopefully it will still enable fast kills in certain matchups but be more resilient against the poorer matchups.
